Title: Server Team Leader

Job description: The applicant will manage the company’s server development team.
Key deliverables: 

Must:
• Work Experience:
 - Development - at least 8 years
 - Team Leader- at least 4 years (at least 3 developers)
• Java development hands-on experience.
• DB hands-on experience
• Development of client-server applications
• System workflow understating
• Ability to design, time and monitor complex development process
• Excellent English
• Moderate travel abroad

Advantages:
• Product integration
• Experience with full development cycle including bug management and automatic build
• Familiarity with open source tools technology and paradigm
• Experience with full delivery cycle in customer site.
• Work within configuration management environment.

Requirements: 

Must
• Eclipse, Ant, Oracle (v10g), Tomcat (v6), JMS, Spring, JUnit, MS Project
