The Command Center enables perioperative coordinators to collaborate as well as work individually in a central location where decision support tools facilitate active case flow management. Group- and individual-level workstations help coordinators identify, own, and solve high-level problems and communicate with others.
Dashboards and other abstractors of case information make it easier for coordinators to see and evaluate conditions at a glance.
Dedicated decision support tools enable each coordinator to zoom in and out, to see as much (or as little) case or resource detail as required. They can more effectively identify and share problems and opportunities.
Coordinators can also decide, communicate, and follow up with each other in the Command Center and the rest of the hospital.
